YOU ARE SET UP TO MAKE CALLS ON YOUR COMPUTER USING THE GATE. 

IF YOU NEED TO HAND DIAL, YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE FROM THE ABOVE LISTED AUTHORIZED PHONE NUMBER:

1.       We receive phone records for each verifier tracked by your home phone number and it is balanced to your calls.  We have the ability to audio monitor and tape record your calls.

2.       You MUST follow the procedure explained above and only use the authorized phone number to make your calls or the calls will be charged to you.  If you are charged for a long distance call, Ver-A-Fast cannot reimburse you if YOU dialed incorrectly or used an unauthorized phone number.

-          If you are using your computer to make your calls, you periodically need to verify that your dialing string is correct.

-          Remember, if you must hand dial your calls for any reason, you must dial the 888# listed above before EACH call.

I understand that as of January 29, 2004 I am not able to block any phone number used to make calls on behalf of Ver-A-Fast Corporation, in any way, from appearing on a customer's Caller ID display.  This includes having an unlisted or non-published phone number, using official Caller ID block from my telephone company or using mechanical devices purchased at retail stores. The phone number must be available for display to a customer.

I understand that only phone lines without Caller ID Block can be authorized for Long Distance access through Ver-A-Fast Corporation.  

 

I also understand that if I do not follow the above procedures and receive a phone bill, I am personally liable for any charges incurred. 

If I do block any phone number used to make calls on behalf of Ver-A-Fast Corporation, I am not complying with federal legislation on this issue and am personally liable for any and all penalties that result.
